The Vinyl Records, an all girl band from Arunachal Pradesh had released their second music video ‘Whims’.
This video is one of a kind and is the first crowdfunded music video from the NE. Earlier last year in the band had successfully crowdfunded Rs 1.25 lakhs for this music video. The fact that TVR has many loyal fans in different parts of the country made it possible to make this music video.
