Earlier we had posted about a Christian music artist from Nagaland who have been nominated for IMEA awards and where we have requested our readers to vote for him. Now the good news is, he has won two awards out of the three nominations! We wanna thank all of you who have voted for him!
Christian music artist Sushan James Basnet from Nagaland have won two International Music and Entertainment Association (IMEA) Awards for his album “Brand New Day”. He is the only musician from India to be nominated and win the IMEA Awards.
He won the awards for the Christian/Gospel Male Artist of the Year and Christian/Gospel Song of the Year!
He was nominated in 3 categories, Christian/Gospel Male Artist Of The Year 2014, Christian/Gospel Album Of The Year 2014 and Christian/Gospel Song Of TheYear 2014. The annual IMEA Awards was held at Paramount Arts Center, Ashland, Kentucky (USA) on October 4.
